The total prize money allocated for participating teams in Euro 2024 remains consistent with the previous edition, amounting to โฌ331 million (equivalent to 2981.5 crore Indian Rupees). Additionally, the distribution structure remains unchanged.
Euro 2024 Prize Money Breakdown
Participation Fee: Each team will receive โฌ9.25 million.
Match Bonuses: โฌ1 million for a win, โฌ500,000 for a draw (losing teams receive no bonus).
Advancement Rewards:
Round of 16: โฌ1.5 million
Quarter-finalists: โฌ2.5 million
Semi-finalists: โฌ4 million

The runners-up will be granted an additional โฌ5 million, while the champions of the 2024 European tournament will receive an extra โฌ8 million.
The maximum amount a team can earn, assuming they win all their group matches, totals โฌ28.25 million, equivalent to approximately Rs. 254.4 crores in Indian currency.
