UEFA has announced three nominees from each category for the women Champions League positional award, know all the details here from the live stream to award date

Every year UEFA awards players who participate and perform outstandingly in the Champions League. Moreover, UEFA nominates players from every category of the game and rewards them for their good work. To select these nominees, UEFA forms a jury of more than 20 journalists and coaches of the game and decides for the top three players in all the categories.

As expected Barcelona and Chelsea players dominated the nomination. Both teams made it into the UCL final where Barcelona won over Chelsea by 4-0. So, here are all the details including the award dates and live stream for UEFA positional awards for women.

Predictions

Forward: Jennifer Hermoso is likely to be the winner of the award as she was the joint top scorer along with Fran Kirby. However, she has the advantage that she won the UCL.

Midfielder: Alexia Putellas was too good for Barcelona last season and is the favorite to win the award.

Defender: Chelsea defender Magdalena Eriksson is likely to win the award.

Goalkeeper: Except for the final match Ann-Katrin Berger had a great campaign at UCL and is the favorite to win the award.
