Mumbai Indians owned franchise MI Emirates revealed their team squad list for the upcoming UAE International League T20 – UAE ILT20
The squad, which includes a mix of current and past MI players, along with new players will be based in Abu Dhabi.
MI Emirates owners, the Mumbai Indians are a popular IPL franchise that has won the IPL a record five times. Earlier this week, before announcing the squad list, MI announced the name and identity of their UAE ILT20 franchise as “MI Emirates”, phonetically pronounced as “MY Emirates.” The team is dedicated to the fans across the Emirates geography.

MI also recently made headlines for buying a franchise in the newly revamped South African league, the CSA T20 League.
MI Emirates New Team With Familiar Faces
Besides the new players, the MI Emirates squad will feature a set of familiar faces who are current or past MI players. The likes of Kieron Pollard, Dwayne Bravo, Nicholas Pooran, and Trent Boult will join the MI Emirates ahead of the inaugural edition. The players will adorn MI’s iconic blue and gold, amongst the other new players.
