Fury and Wilder are finally all set to meet in the boxing ring on Saturday, 9th October at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, for the WBC and Ring heavyweight titles, both of which are held by Fury, at the moment. The winner will then also have the opportunity to face Anthony Joshua in a huge 2022 unification bout. However, this fight was shifted from 24th July when The Gypsy King had tested positive for the coronavirus.

Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder 3 Payout And Purse Of The Boxers Triology Fight
Both, The Gypsy King and The Bronze Bomber are expected to make eight-figure amounts for their third heavyweight title fights. However, according to Sporting Free, the unbeaten Tyson Fury will obtain majority of the funds with a 60-40 split in terms of the purse margin. What’s interesting is that these figures have increased almost six-times ever since their first fight back in 2018. Following is what each fighter will make:
- Tyson Fury: $30 million / £21.6 million (60% PPV Share)
- Deontay Wilder: $20 million / £14.5 million (40% PPV Share)
While their first bout in 2018 had ended in a draw, Fury had knocked out Wilder in the second one. Following their third bout, both of them will have their sights on Anthony Joshua who will go on to challenge Oleksander Usyk at Premier League side Spurs’ Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

As we wait for the fight to happen on 9th October, Wilder and Fury are wasting no time building the heat with a war of words. Among recent developments Wilder has once again accused Fury of cheating. “Look at Tyson Fury’s rap sheet, he’s one of the biggest cheats in boxing, but do you ever hear about it? They don’t care,” The Bronze Bomber told 78SPORTSTV.
Wilder referred to Fury manipulating his gloves by loading them with egg weights, during his bout against the German Christian Hammer back in February 2015. Fans did some digging and even found the video for the same, commenting how Fury’s body language and face expressions tell the entire story.
