The apes strong together meme has finally come to fruition. Monkeys have unleashed mayhem with turmoil erupting in Beed in Maharashtra were a bunch of monkeys decided to extract revenge from dogs after a few dogs killed a baby monkey.

Livid monkeys have gone onto since kill 250 dogs in the Beed district by throwing them from massive heights with not even a single puppy left in the Lavool village which is around 10 km from Beed district’s Majalgaon and has a population of 5,000 people. The locals have gone onto details how the monkeys have executed their reign of terror with them catching a puppy whenever they spot it, before taking it to a high altitude and throwing it down.

The monkeys have also targeted people who have tried to come to the rescue of the puppies with school children said to have become their favourite target. The Nagpur Forest Department has now managed to succefully capture two monkeys who were said to be the main culprits in Beed with them being shifted to Nagpur where they’ll be released.
While it remains to be seen if the capture of the two monkeys will result in things subsiding and dogs managing to escape unscathed in the time to come, the incident has given social media users more than enough material for memes.
