Storyline
Dr Mahesh (Ganesh) falls madly in love with Dr Rakshitha, the resident surgeon, on his very first day of work at a Mysuru hospital (Megha Shetty). Rakshitha, however, is the daughter of Surappa (Sharath Lohithashwa), a local MLA, who desires her marriage to the Home Minister’s son for his political gain.
The couple flees, but Mahesh tells Rakshitha that Ram, who has been working multiple jobs to support himself, has been pretending to be in love with her for reasons that are only known to Ramya (Aditi Prabhudeva), his real arm candy. Ram has not only been using a false identity, but he has also pretended to be in love with Rakshitha. The movie has been made on a budget of Rs.20 crore.
