Eventually, Knives’ group captures Wolfwood and uses him as a test subject.
Meryl drives to the location where Vash and Wolfwood are against Roberto’s concerns. The medicine they gave Wolfwood via injection made him stronger, but it also soon transformed him into an adult. Wolfwood later tries to leave the lab but is unsuccessful. Wolfwood declines Bluesummer’s invitation to the Eye of Michael. He was confused, though, when he saw Livio, who also seemed to be a test subject.
