BWF Badminton World Champipnships 2021 Schedule, Players, Format
The TotalEnergies BWF World Championships 2021 is the fourth-last tournament of BWF’s 2021 Tour Calendar.
This is the 26th edition of the badminton tournament and will be played in the Men’s Singles, Men’s Doubles, Women’s Singles, Women’s Doubles, and the Mixed Doubles category. The top 3 winners of each category of the TotalEnergies BWF World Championships 2021 will be awarded the gold, silver, and bronze medal accordingly.
The TotalEnergies BWF World Championships 2021 will be held at the Palacio de Los Deportes Carolina Marin in Huelva, Spain. This sports complex has been named as a token of gratitude towards Carolina Marin, the former BWF World No. 1 in Women’s Singles.
A total of 337 players will be participating at the TotalEnergies BWF World Championships 2021. The tournament comes under the administration of the Badminton World Federation, also known as the BWF. The BWF World Championships 2022 will take place from August 21, 2022, to August 28, 2022, in Tokyo, Japan. The tournament was founded in 1977.
