The 144 runs partnership between them sealed the game for DC.
4. Jos Buttler & Devdutt Paddikal vs DC (155)
Jos Buttler who was in sublime touch in the first 7 games this season scored a ton against DC in match no. 34. Buttler and Paddikal opened the innings while batting first and put up a partnership of 155 runs in just 15.1 overs. Paddikal scored 54 off 35 deliveries and Jos contributed Buttler scored 116 off 65 balls before getting out on the last delivery of the 19th over.
3. Robin Uthappa & Shivam Dube vs RCB (165)
The CSK middle order raised their hands up against RCB in DY Patil Stadium. Robin Uthappa and Shivam Dube contributed 165 runs for 3rd wicket while batting first. Dube and robin were smacking the ball hard as both of them smashed 17 sixes combined. Uthappa scored 89 off 50 and Shivam Dube was just 5 short of his maiden IPL century. CSK posted a mammoth total of 216 runs which proved too much for RCB.
2. Ruturaj Gaikwad & Devon Conway vs SRH (182)
The CSK openers ran riot against the Inexperienced bowling lineup of SRH. Gaikwad and Conway took CSK on 182 runs in just 17.5 overs before Ruturaj got out against Natrajan. Ruturaj Gaikwad felt short off just a single run for scoring 2nd IPL century.
1. Quinton De Kock & KL Rahul vs KKR (210*)
The Unbeaten opening partnership of De Kock-Kl Rahul sealed Lucknow’s place in the playoff. De Kock played a blinder of an inning in which he scored 10 fours and 10 sixes. Quinton’s score let alone was 140* which is more than a par score of a team on some grounds. Kl played second Fiddle in the partnership.
