Kamal Iliyasu, 26, a TikToker better known by his username Kamal Aboki, died in a car accident on Monday, January 16, know his cause of death

The renowned writer was on his way back to Borno state from Kano when the accident occurred. Aboki has a large online following thanks to his comedic skits and viral songs. Hundreds of his fans and admirers expressed their sorrow over the loss of the popular sketch creator on various social media platforms.

Abiyos Roni, an activist, wrote, “I’m sad to announce the death of our Brother, Kamal Aboki a hausa comedian who died in a car accident from Borno to Kano. May almighty Allah grant him Jannah RIP.”
Another popular TikToker in the area, Murjanatu Kunyam, recorded a video to her account in which she wept over the occurrence and declared, “This world is nothing.” Aboki’s Instagram followers discovered a clip he had posted the day before his death. They had no idea that it would be his last message.

Instagram star and social media personality Kamal Aboki is known for his great and engaging content. At the time of this writing, he had 91.5K followers and had posted 666 times to Instagram. He also has a personal YouTube channel with about 139K subscribers. His comedic sketches and musical performances have made him famous.
The short comedic flicks and singing videos that Kamal Aboki made and posted to TikTok made him a social media star. The online memorials to him made by his coworkers indicate that he has recently passed away.
Kamal Aboki’s mother had a premonition
Aboki’s older brother Usman Iliyasu spoke to BBC, and he revealed that their mother had a premonition. That something terrible would happen on Monday, bringing him to tears. He explained that Kamal had gone to Maiduguri three days prior for the release of a single record.
And that tragedy had occurred while the group was on its way back to Kano. “My mother asked me to call her, and after I called her around 5 pm, she told me she felt something wasn’t right. Later, somebody called me and told me how my brother was traveling from Maiduguri to Kano when he met with an accident.”
Kamal Aboki’s was loved by many for his kindness
Aboki’s older brother expressed to the media how much he will truly miss his younger sibling. Usman recalled a time when his brother had asked him to look out for their mother and younger sibling in the event that he had passed away first.
Aboki’s burial was set to take place in the Kawo neighbourhood of Kano city. At 8 a.m. on Tuesday, January 17 in the Tishama cemetery.
