Jane Doe, who filed the lawsuit against Tiffany and Aries earlier this month, has now dismissed it for good.
According to a report by TMZ, the outlet has obtained the court documents and as per those, the plaintiff asked the judge to dismiss the case with prejudice which means the case can not be refiled and is now closed for good.

In a recent interview with TMZ, Tiffany opened up to a TMZ reporter, where she revealed that the lawsuit cost “all my gigs.” When the reporter asked her how she felt about the lawsuit being dropped, she replied, “I am relieved.”
She further went on to say that, “All my gigs’ gone. I don’t have no jobs.”
However, the plaintiff, Jane, did not say anything or didn’t make any comment about Aries in her statement.
