The creature explained that he is not a curse but a protector appointed by the beast god. Then, he showed them the sacred pool that held all the curses. Furthermore, the price of clearing the curse is to sacrifice the soul.

So, she went into the pool and saw that all the curses were suffering. She comforted the curses who were not able to bid farewell to their masters before their death.
