This year, Pooram Nakshatram Tithi will start at 6:40 p. m. on 10th May 2022 and ends at 7:30 p. m. on 11th May 2022. Thrissur Puram will be commemorated on April 13th in the year 2022.

The Sri Vadakkunnathan Temple is situated in the heart of Thrissur. Every year, festival celebrations are held at this temple.
The temple is conveniently located near the train station and airport. The temple is 2 kilometres from Thrissur Railway Station and 6 kilometres from Cochin International Airport. We can go to the temple in a few minutes by taking regular buses or getting a cab.
Major Attractions of Thrissur Pooram 2022
Musical performances and traditional acts are probably the temple’s main attractions. The festival’s other major attractions are Madathil Varavu, Kudamattom, Ilanjithara Melam, Panchavadyam, and many more.
