When he learns that a Dream Vortex in the guise of Rose Walker, a 21-year-old lady (Vanesu Samunyai), is unintentionally capable of destroying the planet, the drama follows him as he tries to repel a fatal menace. What Does The ‘The Sandman’ Ending Mean: Will Lucifer Plays A Bigger Part In Season 2?
Dream’s story is resolved in the last moments of chapter 10, but Lucifer is up to no good, thus Season 2 will have an opponent. When a figure by the name of Azazel contacts the devil, he gives him the option to travel to the Dreaming realm and exact revenge.

Those who saw the show will recall the fight between the two in episode 4, in which Dream wins. As Dream nursed her retaliation, Azazel’s motivation may be just what she needs. The demons scream her name as the screen fades out in an ominous tone, and she makes a declaration that she will bring Morpheus to his knees.
Although there is still no official word on a renewal, it is a foregone conclusion that Netflix will certainly approve a Season 2 given the rising and enthusiastic feedback. It’s difficult to predict the specifics of the narrative, but there’s a chance that the version based on Gaiman’s Volume 4: Season of Mists would see another confrontation between the two when Morpheus journeys to hell to save a person named Nada.
