Gu Jin asked the Peacock lord to extend the truce with the Eagle clan for 100 years. The lord refused his request saying that outsiders can’t interfere in the matter with the peacock and eagle clan. Gu Jin presented his sword and declared that if he did not extend the truce, the immortal realm would take the side of the eagle clan in the next war.
