There are many comedians like Kiku Sharda, Sumona Chakravarti, and Chandan Prabhakar around him. When he regains consciousness, he remembers everyone apart from his wife, who is portrayed by Sumona.

Kapil charged Rs 30-35 lakh per episode for season 1 and 2 of TKSS and when the 3rd season kickstarted, several reports claimed that he has hiked his fee per episode to Rs 50 lakhs and charged Rs. 1 crore per week, a figure set to further rise come season 4.
