The Dangers in My Heart showcases the story of a typical high school boy named Kyotaro, who falls for a high school girl named Anna. However, there is nothing typical about the characters as Kyotaro is an odd main male character with a dark fantasy.
The young boy has fantasies of mostly killing about his classmates. And, he has set his eyes set on a fellow female classmate Anna, who is apparently a bizarre one herself.

Episode 1of “The Dangers in My Heart” featured the main protagonist Kyotaro, a high school student. Kyotaro fantasizes about a fellow classmate, Anna murdering her. In fact, the young boy is so determined that he even carries a box cutter for it. Once while the two are alone in class, Kyotaro notices that Anna has odd behaviors.
Kyotaro sees that Anna needs something to cut for her schoolwork and hands her the box-cutter, a weapon, which he actually meant to murder her. Later, he notices that Anna has returned his weapon at his desk, realizing that she knows where he seats.
Kyotaro goes on to notice even more odd behaviors, about Anna and is tempted even more to help Anna. One day, Kyotaro finds Anna in a magazine store who is trying to get noticed as she is also a magazine model. The next day while heading to school, Anna gets harassed by a fellow classmate. Kyotaro sees her and dives his bike into a river as a distraction. Anna later realizes that Kyotaro did it to help her, and is quite happy about it.
