Price, who valiantly battled Stage IV cancer, was a treasured figure in the Aggie community and beyond.

Price held the record for being the longest-serving member of the Texas A&M football coaching staff, joining the program back in December 2011. From 2015, he worked specifically with the defensive ends, significantly shaping the Aggies into a defensive powerhouse.
Terry price shaped the future of football
Under Price’s guidance, promising talents like Myles Garrett, a top-rated national recruit from Arlington (Texas) Martin High School in 2014, bloomed. Price nurtured Garrett, helping him rise to become the first pick in the 2017 NFL Draft.ย In fact, since Price joined the Aggies in 2012, he had an active role in developing nine players that the NFL Draft selected in its first four rounds.
Terry Price started his journey as an Aggie football player in 1986. The Chicago Bears recognized his on-field talent and drafted him in the tenth round of the 1990 NFL Draft. Price then spent two seasons playing in the NFL for the Bears and Dolphins.
After his professional football career, Price returned to Texas A&M, obtaining his degree in 1992. For the next two years, he served as a volunteer coach for the Aggies, marking the beginning of his illustrious coaching career.

Terry Price is survived by his wife, Kenya. His sons, Devin and Alex, both Texas A&M football alumni from 2020 to 2022, carry on their father’s passion for football. The Price boys, graduates of A&M Consolidated High School, have showcased their talent on numerous sports teams.
