Fear of losing the left tackle Taylor Lewan is emerging among the Tennessee Titans after he had to leave the field as a result of a knee injury.

In the Titans’ Week 2 game with the Buffalo Bills, Taylor Lewan suffered a knee injury. And it is expected that Taylor Lewan to miss the whole 2022 campaign. Those who are close to the situation believe that Lewan is probably completed for the 2022 season.
The exact damage to Lewan’s knee is unknown. On Tuesday, head coach Mike Vrabel did not provide any updates and just said that the left tackle was being assessed. That would be a terrible blow to an offensive line that already has a lot of interrogation points. Dennis Daley replaced Lewan when he left the field earlier this season, but the veteran liner didn’t perform well.
This would be Lewan’s second end-of-season injury in his career. He missed the last 11 matches of the 2020 campaign because of a torn ACL. And, this could be the end of the route to Lewan in Nashville. The choice of the first round pick of 2014 no longer has money guaranteed for the last year of his deal, which expires after 2023.
The 2022-23 campaign for the Titans has not been as good as they lost their opening two games. There is so much going against the Titans at the moment and Lewan’s injury has created a major blow for the team.
