The highly anticipated Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 is all set to kick off the following month, check out all the tournament details like the tickets booking details, schedule and more below
The upcoming tournament is set to feature 10 teams battling it out in 74 matches across 13 venues.
The iconic Eden Gardens in Kolkata will host the opening clash between defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).
As of now, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has not yet revealed all the booking protocols.

While the organizers still haven’t revealed all the online ticket details, fans can expect the online ticket sales to begin by the last week of February and the first week of March. Aside from the official sales, several franchises have already started pre-registration for their matches. Fans can notably expect to purchase tickets via official team websites, as well as authorized vendors like the official IPL site, BookMyShow, Paytm, and Zomato Insider. Besides online sales, fans can purchase them through offline channels at various stadium counters.
IPL tickets will also available at stadium box offices and authorised retail outlets for those who prefer purchasing tickets in person but fans must check availability by visiting the nearest authorised counter to buy tickets offline and they must provide valid identification (such as Aadhaar, PAN or passport), select their seats and pay using cash, card or digital payment methods.

The upcoming tournament will have the following different ticket prices based on the stadium, match significance, and seating arrangement:

Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai: ₹800 to ₹35,000
Eden Gardens in Kolkata: ₹400 to ₹14,000
Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai: ₹1,500 to ₹5,000
Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru: ₹1,500 to ₹18,000
Stadiums like PCA Mohali, Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi and Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur have ticket prices ranging from ₹500 to ₹25,000, depending on the seating choice.
