Talk on Women Led Development Model of Shri Narendra Modi, Hon’ble Prime Minister of India through IECSME Kamdhenu Chairs and 18th National Women Excellence Award 2025 was organized by Indo European Chamber of Small and Medium Enterprises (IECSME) in association with Asha Global Trust, Women International Network (WIN) and many other national and international organizations on 25th November 2025 at Speaker Hall, Constitution Club of India, New Delhi

This event has been organized since 2008 on the occasion of International (UN) Day of Elimination of Violence against Women by Indo European Chamber of Small and Medium Enterprises (IECSME) in association with Asha Global Trust, Women International Network (WIN), other National and International organizations. We are committed to the cause of Women and their welfare. This program is a part of Yog Vidya Jagriti Abhiyan – International Holistic Health Movement a Programme Initiated in 2005 by North Eastern Council, Ministry of DoNER, Government of India.

Dr. Suraj Mandal, Ex MP and Ex MLA, Chairman of the Welcome Committee of 18th NWEA 2025 from Jharkhand welcomed all the guests and wished all the Awardees success in all the endeavors, he also assured his cooperation for this noble Program along with the members of the Association of Ex Members of Parliament (Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha).

Dr. Vijay Tiwari, President, Indo European Chamber of Small and Medium Enterprises (IECSME) in his keynote address explained about the intricacies of the IECSME Kamdhenu Chairs and its roadmap. He also informed about the financial inclusion of about Ten Lakh Crores in this Project to make the 2.5 Lakh Gram Panchayats of Bharat as Enterprises instead of Begging Bowls by involving the Universities and Higher Education Institutions. He also discussed about taking this program to 150 + Countries looking towards India for Peace, Harmony and Prosperity.

Dr. Asha, Chairperson, Asha Global Trust talked about the role of Women in this program and also discussed about her experience in Chhattisgarh and how Asha Global Trust is planning about the training of the Women Leaders for future role in active Politics.

Smt. Latika Sharma, Ex MLA and National Treasurer, BJP Mahila Morcha talked about involving the organization and Government in this program which will have impact on One Crore women of India.

Shri Santosh Bhartiya, Ex Member of Parliament, Senior Journalist, author and film producer appreciated the efforts of Indo European Chamber of Small and Medium Enterprises and associated organizations for taking up this important subject and assured of his support in future endeavours.

Veteran RSS Leader Shri Suryakant Kelkar – Guruji, Convernor, Bharat Raksha Manch blessed the organizers and assured of support from Bharat Raksha Manch at all levels.

Senior Advocate Adish C Aggarwala, Former President of the Supreme Court Bar Association and President, International Council of Jurists welcomed the efforts of the organizers and assured of his full support for the cause of the Women at national and International Level.

Dr. Rekha Tiwari, Chairperson, Women International Network (WIN) talked about taking this program to Global Level with her experience in the field of Education, Skill Development and her involvement in the Milkipur Development Block of Ayodhya with IECSME Kamdhenu Chair – Uttar Pradesh.

Dr Sunita Godara (1992 Asian Marathon Gold Medalist) brought the positive vibes & vibrancy with her presence in the Award function. She motivated the gathering with the Speech on the *Success mantras*. Also sponsored gift hampers For the organizing team & For all the Awardees.

Smt. Jyoti Chanana and Smt. Mompy Jana, Members of the Jury Board, 18th NWEA 2025 assisted with the Shawls and Flowers. Other members of the Jury Board assisted in the program right from registration, awards and High Tea.

Smt. Laxmi Thakur Singhal, Secretary General, Indo European Chamber of Small and Medium Enterprises (IECSME) compared the program and also discussed about her Journey of Awards of the last 18 years. She further added about her experience of IECSME Kamdhenu Chairs in Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and other states.

Indo European Chamber of Small and Medium Enterprises (IECSME) aims to promote and develop the exchange of information, experiences, methodologies to help integration among-st Indian and foreign companies. IECSME helps in the stimulation of the birth of partnership to collaborate in sector-based projects. The purpose of IECSME is to promote, design and realize International and National projects and infuse social development.

Over the years it has become the award function of the Jury Board Members consisting of the Past Awardees.
