The Plot and Story of Synduality Noir
It is the year 2242, and because of a catastrophic event known as “Tears of the New Moon,” humanity has been forced to take refuge underground. After the tragedy that befell the underground city-state of Amazia, people started dreaming of returning to the surface.
Nests are small communities that pop up all over the planet. Adventurers who mine AO crystals, the energy resources necessary for the operation of the nest, are referred to as “Drifters,” and they struggle against the “Enders” who still infest the Earth as a menace to humanity.
Kanata, a young man with aspirations of his own, hangs out in Rock Town, a hub for drifters. He once teamed up with the skilled nomad Tokio on an exploratory mission. Kanata comes into a stunning Magus while exploring a dilapidated museum one day. Meeting the enigmatic Magus “Noir” sparked a chain reaction that set the course of destiny in motion.
The Voice Cast and Trailer
On March 26th, the official trailer for the upcoming Synduality: Noir anime series was uploaded to the EMOTION Label YouTube channel. The anime series Synduality: Noir features the following actors as its primary voice cast:
- Aoi Koga as Noir (Kaguya Shinomiya from Kaguya-sama: Love is War)
- Mao Ichimichi – Schnee (Shion from TenSura)
- Yuusuke Kobayashi – Tokio (Subaru from Re:Zero)
- Takeo Ootsuka – Kanata (Aqua from Oshi No Ko)
- Nagisa Aoyama – Ciel (Ren from Love Live Superstar)
Stereo Dive Foundation performs the opening theme music, titled “Raytracer,” while Arcana Project provides the closing theme song, titled “Eureka.”
Where You Can Watch Synduality Noir episode 1
In Japan, the series premiere airs on TV Tokyo at midnight. When it premieres, it will be streamed on Hulu in the United States, Star+ in Latin America, and Disney Plus everywhere else. With 24 episodes in the first season, fans will have plenty of time to dive into Synduality: Noir and get to know its world.

Fans should be aware that it is currently unknown whether or not the series will release all 24 episodes in a single broadcast or if it will take a one-hour break following the airing of episode 12 on September 25.
