The series is based on the Naver webtoon of the same name by Kim Carnby and Hwang Young-chan. The program’s executive producer is Kim Young-kyu.
On December 18, 2020, the first season of the show was launched on Netflix. There have been ten episodes in total. Within the first four weeks of airing, the program got overwhelmingly positive reviews from viewers and debuted in more than 70 countries on the top 10 Netflix lists.
Given that, the show’s creators decided to give it another two seasons.

Cast Of Sweet Home Plot
Cha Hyun-soo (Song Kang) and a gang of neighbours came together in Season 1 to face perilous creatures out to destroy civilization. The 10 episodes that make up Sweet Home’s first season feature significant character growth and plot changes as a result of the protagonists being forced to choose between working together or working alone.
Hyun Soo was apprehended by the military after narrowly escaping the Green Home, but Sang Wook (Lee Jin Wook) arrived with his burn wounds repaired. Without giving too much away, Season 2 is anticipated to intensify the antagonism that was started in Season 1.
During the unveiling, Lee stated that “Season 2 would contain a new setting.” He continued, “The technical details that we weren’t able to polish in Season 1 will, in my opinion, be polished in Season 2.”ย
Sung Kang, Lee Jin-Wook, Lee Eugene, Lee Si-young, Go Min-si, Park Gyu-young, and numerous other actors and actresses make up the cast.
Release Date for Season 2 of Sweet Home
There won’t be a formal release date for Season 2 of “Sweet Home” any time soon, as Netflix just recently extended it for two more seasons. Unfortunately, Sweet Home Season 2 is not on Netflix’s list of movies and TV shows arriving in October 2022, so the second season won’t likely be available until late 2023 or later.
