The company Déjà Vu Farm Pvt. Ltd., whose directors include Gauri Khan’s mother, Savita Chhibber, and sister, Namita Chhibber, is listed as the owner of Suhana’s land.
According to IndexTap.com, the transaction was formally registered on June 1, and a stamp duty of Rs 77.46 lakhs was assessed on the acquisition.
Shah Rukh Khan is rumoured to own land in Thal Hamlet, about a 12-minute drive from Alibaug town. According to a report, Shah Rukh Khan has an opulent Thal home with a view of the sea and amenities including a pool and a helipad.

Suhana Khan is all set to make her acting debut in Zoya Akhtar’s famous Indian adaptation of the popular Archie comics.
The movie, titled “The Archies,” will be made available on the well-known streaming service Netflix. It was created by Tiger Baby and Graphic India with the intention of introducing the Riverdale characters to a new generation in India.
Agastya Nanda, the grandson of Amitabh Bachchan, and Khushi Kapoor, the daughter of the late actress Sridevi and producer Boney Kapoor, will make their acting debuts in “The Archies” in addition to Suhana Khan. The project also includes Yuvraj Menda.
