It happened during the pitch of Subhag, a company that produces home IUI(Intrauterine insemination) kit, which was recently featured on the show. One of the sharks of the show, Namita Thapar also opened up about her own story related to infertility.
She described how, despite experiencing no issues with the first childโs birth, she had to go through a significant trauma when she sought to become pregnant a second time. The entrepreneur had two different reproductive procedures, but none was successful. Yet miraculously, she later became pregnant.
Namita stated that she decided to share her experience because more people needed to be made aware of the psychological and physical harm associated with reproductive treatments. The company Subhag also got the deal on the show. So, letโs find out everything about it:

Subhag HealthTech is a health-tech startup that aims to solve the problem of infertility in couples by providing a reliable, user-friendly, and cost-effective solution in the form of the world’s first Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) kit for home use.
Its founders are Ji Kwang Jeong and Vikram Rajput. They have created patented and economical IUI products that eliminate unnecessary clinical intermediaries, making it easier for couples to go through the parenthood experience in the privacy of their homes.
Their products include Subhag Androwash and Subhag V Conceive, which have been associated with 20 hospitals and more than 300 clinics. It also recorded impressive lifetime sales figures, with 3,500 units of Vconceive and 20 units of Androwash sold to date.

After pitching their product, Subhag HealthTech Business received two offers from Sharks.
Firstly, shark Vineeta offered โน50 lakhs for 1.67% equity, valuing the company at โน30 crores. On the other hand, Namita proposed โน20 lakhs for 1% equity with an additional โน30 lakhs debt with a 10% interest rate, valuing the company at โน20 crores.
Ultimately, the business pitcher chose to close the deal with Namita’s offer.
