What Exactly Happened so far?
The previous chapter starts with Vlad getting to know more about the slave merchants in the back alley. Vlad didn’t have any motive when he started but he was surprised to see the matter run so deep. That’s when a kid arrived with a piece of information for Vlad.
According to him, there was a lady named Anna who was seen getting on a horse carriage about a month ago. She hasn’t been seen since then. And the strange thing was that she was pregnant. Apparently, all the pregnant ladies have been taken somewhere.
Vlad remembers the curse of the woman and the black magic. He instantly went to find Sir Vordan. Vordan wanted to enjoy this vacation and he wasn’t in the mood to do more job. That’s when Joseph arrives in Soara.
Joseph first praises Vlad for the work he has done here and the successful revenge. As they went inside the mayor’s office, he broke the news that he is the new mayor of the Soara from now on.
After that we see Vlad going around in the oldest and most complicated alleys of the back alleys. They are here in the swine butcher alley.
