Sreejita De is a well-known Indian actress and model who basically works in Hindi television shows. She is best known for portraying Mukta Rathore in Colors TV’s serial Uttaran which ranks among the longest-running show and Dilruba in Star Plus’s supernatural thriller Nazar. Sreejita De’s Family And Education
Sreejita attended St. Xavier School in Kolkata and later on she attended Ramnarain College. De is 5ft 5in tall and she was born to Lipi De and Swapan De. She is engaged to Michael Blohm.
Sreejita De Professional Career
Sreejita De made her debut with the television show Kasautii Zindagii Kay by playing the role of Gargi Tushar Bajaj. At the same time, director and producer Ekta Kapoor offered her the role of Aastha in the show Karam Apna Apna. Later on, in 2008 Sreejita appeared in the Bollywood film Tashan as Paravati. Sree played the key role in the soap opera Annu Ki Ho Gayee Waah Bhai Waah as Annu. She got the lead character of Mukta Raghuvendra Pratap Rathore who was Tapasya’s daughter in 2012 in Uttaran on Colors TV.
She played the main lead role of the character Shreya Bhushan Pethewala in Tum Hi Ho Bandhu Sakha Tumhi which aired on Zee TV. In 2016 she joined the cast of the Piya Rangrezz as the character Aradhya Shamsher Singh, which aired on channel Life Ok. Sree was seen in Star Plus’ show named Koi Laut Ke Aaya Hai as Kavya.
Apart from all this, she has done episodic roles in the shows like Savdhaan India, Aahat, Ssshhhh…Koi Hai, Aye Zindagi, Mahima Shani Dev Ki and Chakradhari Ajay Krishna.
In 2022, she contested in Colors TV’s popular reality show season 16th Bigg Boss 16 and she also was evicted on 13th Day But later on returned as a wild card on Day 69th in Week 10th.
