In the last episode, we have seen that Yor movies into the house of Forger with her stuff. Anya welcomes Yor and tells her that she is happy to have a mother. Anya shows Yor her room and the entire house. Forger conducts a mock interview with Anya and Yor, but they fail in it. Later, they go for a walk to have a good understanding of Upper-class families.
Forger takes Anya and Yor to the theatre, the art museum, and then the tailor shop. During the trip, he feels that Anya and Yor are not fit for his museum and becomes stressed. Yor takes Forger and Anya to her favorite park to relax.
There she watches a thief stealing money from an old lady. Yor jumps down to save the lady but fails to catch the thief. But, Forger and Anya manage to catch the guy and return the purse to the old lady. The lady thanks Forger and Yor and tell them they are really a lovely family. She also gives candy to Anya.
On returning home, Forger takes another mock interview of Anya. This time she performs well and answers the question nicely. Forger remembers the word of the Old lady about being a lovely family. He thinks they are at least 1% ready for the interview.

Episode 4 of the anime Spy X Family will show the interview of Anya at Eden University. Anya, Forger, and Yor will enter the University together after making their preparation. Forger will realize that all the parents and students are observed by the headmaster. The headmaster who will appear in the next episode is fond of Elegance.
So, Forger and his family will try to be elegant despite facing multiple problems. Their clothes also get dirty but thankfully Yor brought one extra piece with her. Thus, episode 4 will end with the announcement of the family being elegant and the start of the real interview.
