After the group stage of the Southeast Asian Games was completed, the playoff bracket for Valorant was determined. With a win over Cambodia, Indonesia joined the Philippines, Vietnam, & Singapore in a single-elimination bracket as the last team to proceed. The playoffs will take place at the Olympia Mall in Phnom Penh in front of a live crowd. They will follow a single-elimination bracket format with two semi-final games, a third-place match, and an exciting grand final on Wednesday night.
Brheyanne Christ Reyes and Jed Jamir helped the Philippines become the first team to clinch a spot in the top four by leading their squad to five victories without suffering a setback. Vietnam came in second place, losing only to the SIBOL National Team. The final two playoff contenders on the list are Singapore and Indonesia. Indonesia managed to win three straight rounds and force overtime in their final match against Cambodia, narrowly avoiding elimination in the process. Malaysia and Cambodia have already been disqualified from the competition.
