The fans of the Sons of the Forest are going gaga as the release date is right around the corner and fans of the game will be getting an early access on the PC, however, it is sadly not coming to console for PS4, PS5 and Xbox.
For those who are unversed, let us tell you, Sons of the Forest is the follow-up to one of the best survival games of all time and is pretty exciting. The game looks even better due to its improved visuals, new monsters and a new story to explore.
Sons of the Forest PC release date, early access, Steam price
The game enters early access format very soon but only for those who are able to play on PC. Sons of the Forest will not be on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, or Series X/S consoles when it launches on PC in early access format.
Its EA is only coming to PC where it will be available on Steam. The overview of the platform says that the plan is for the game to remain in early access for 6 to 8 months meaning a full release could arrive by October, 2023.
Unfortunately, neither developer End night games or publisher New night have announced the game for PlayStation ox Xbox consoles post-EA. Although console release seems likely as The Forest joined PS4 as well as Xbox One.
If you’re curious to know more about how to get your hands on the early access, let us tell you, fans of the game will be able to get early access of Sons of the Forest on PC via Steam.
However, it will cost you around $29.99, but as of now, the game is only available for adding in the wish list. The overview of the platform notes that there is no plan to change the price details for the full release.
If you’re thinking about EA offers, let us tell you, the game is fully playable in both single-player and multiplayer format. It comes with ‘caves to explore, a story to uncover, a brand-new building system, a new arsenal of weapons, crafting system, dynamic weather and seasons,’ and up to 8 players in the multiplayer co-op.
The game will offer it’s users more items, more things to 3D print, as well as additional game mechanics and lore.
