Having started in London in 1995, it used an asset-light approach at first, running its operations out of an 11-story Mumbai mansion. Now, the forthcoming physical locations in India, slated for New Delhi and South Mumbai, mark the next phase of Soho House’s expansion strategy.
The bustling Mehrauli neighborhood, which is renowned for its unique blend of independent restaurants, fashion boutiques, art galleries, and design studios, is probably where the New Delhi branch will eventually settle overlooking the Qutub Minar. The location and opening date of the South Mumbai branch isn’t known yet.
