On April 15, 2023, the Snooker World Championship starts, and it lasts until May 1, 2023. But from April 3 to April 12, the English Institute of Sport in Sheffield will host the 2023 Snooker World Championship Qualifiers.

2023 Snooker World Championship Qualifiers results, schedule, draw, date, & Time
Play for the event’s qualification is spread out across four rounds from April 3 to 12. Matches are being played on the best of 19 frames over the course of two sessions. The first qualification round will feature amateur players who have been chosen and players who are ranked below 80 in the world. The most female players in the history of the competition will participate in qualification with five.
Barry Hawkins defeated David Lilley 10-4 to qualify for Judgement Day at the Cazoo World Championship Qualifiers, putting him one match away from achieving an 18th consecutive Crucible appearance. Stephen Maguire of Scotland went one match closer to a 20th consecutive trip to the Crucible with his 10-4 victory against Alfie Burden.
