Slayy Point vs Elvish Yadav roast video controversy involving YouTubers Gautami Kawale and Abhyudaya Mohan explained

YouTubers Gautami Kawale and Abhyudaya Mohan posted a roast video on their channel Slayy Point, which infuriated popular YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav

Gautami Kawale and Abhyudaya Mohan who are well-known for their humorous parodies of celebrities and social media influencers, came under fire after Elvish Yadav felt that a part of their most recent video insulted his mother.

Elvish Yadav addressed the matter involving Gautami Kawale and Abhyudaya Mohan on X and threatened to sue the YouTubers. He also promoted his fans to hit below the belt and met out unsavory treatment to the YouTubers who go by Slayy Point which saw his alleged Elvish Army trend ‘Elvish ki m*ot Slayy Point’ on Twitter/X.

“I had no problem with the roast, but using my mother for the roast is not funny,” Elvish wrote on Twitter/X.

He added, “Bolte rehte ho na Elvish bhai, aap kuch karte kyu nahi. Legal legal khilaata hu bacho ko ab toh kaanoon bhi seekh liya.”

Supporters gathered around Elvish and criticized Slayy Point for going too far. The YouTubers were criticized for using a family member in their mockery.

Response from Gautami Kawale and Abhyudaya Mohan

Gautami and Abhyudaya declared that they had taken down the contentious part of the film in response to the criticism. “Okay we have removed that part,” they wrote.

After competing in Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss OTT 2, Elvish became well-known. He had also been declared the season’s winner. He then made appearances in a number of music videos.

For those who don’t know, after being arrested in the snake poison case in March 2024, Elvish became involved in a major scandal. Despite spending 14 days in jail, he was freed on bond before the allotted time had passed.

After being harassed by his wife Nikita Singhania and her family, Bengaluru techie Atul Subhash tragically committed suicide in the early hours of December 9. Elvish Yadav responded to this event. Elvish claimed that Atul must have been “depressed,” which is why he took such a drastic action, and he wanted justice for him.

Subhash filmed a video outlining the reasons for his decision prior to taking the drastic measure. Until justice was done, he asked his family not to submerge his ashes. He also left a note for his four-year-old kid in his suicide note.
