Table tennis fans in Singapore are in for a treat as tickets for the second edition of the WTT Singapore Smash 2023 are now on sale

The world’s best table tennis players will be in action at the Singapore Sports Hub’s OCBC Arena from 7-19 March 2023. Fans can buy tickets for the qualifying rounds starting at $18, while tickets for the main draw start at $28.

The Singapore Smash 2023 promises to be bigger and better than the first edition, with more action on the Infinity Arena, one additional match in each session, and five matches per session during the early rounds. Two show tables will also make it easier for people to see what’s going on in Hall 2.

The number of seats in the playing halls will go up, so more fans will be able to see world-class players up close. In addition to the exhilarating displays of table tennis, ticket-holders can also look forward to a brand new fan experience. Where to buy tickets for Singapore Smash 2023?

Tickets to the Infinity Arena and Hall 2 can be purchased separately by fans. Category 1 or higher ticket holders can also enjoy matches in Hall 2, subject to capacity limits. Fan-friendly bundles are also available across Category 2, 3, and 4 tickets, and discounts are offered for bulk purchases.

How many are competing in Singapore Smash 2023?

The World Table Tennis (WTT) organisation puts on this event, which is the best international table tennis tournament.  At the Singapore Smash 2023, there will be 64 singles competitions for men and women, 24 doubles competitions, and 24 mixed competitions. From March 7 to 9, 64 more men and 64 more women will take part in a singles qualifying tournament.

World Table Tennis Head of Event and Experience Shaun Nik said, “Following the success of this year’s event, we anticipate high demand for Singapore Smash 2023, especially with the excitement we’ve planned both within and outside the competition halls. We look forward to welcoming both new and returning spectators back to the OCBC Arena next year.”

Patrick Franziska, a table tennis player who made it to the quarterfinals at Singapore Smash 2022, said, “We’re looking forward to more chances to get to know the Singapore community a little better when we come for Singapore Smash next year.” Fans of table tennis will not want to miss the WTT Singapore Smash 2023, which promises exciting matches and a great time for fans.
