Joe Maguire, the brother of Manchester United CB Harry decided to lash out at Mark Goldbridge on Twitter
While Manchester United managed to salvage a draw when they went to take on Atletico Madrid in the first leg of their round of 16 Champions League 2021-22 showdown, the performance was yet another laggard showing from the club. The side just about managed to scamper its way to a 1-1 draw, one courtesy of starlet Anthony Elanga.

Among the slew of dismal performances dropped by the side’s players on the day was captain’s Harry Maguire. The CB was once again woeful and diabolic with him as has become the norm now being subjected to the furor of the club’s fans.
Over the last year, Harry has come under special treatment from Manchester United fan Mark Goldbridge who has not minced words when ripping into the defender. However, Harry’s brother Joe Maguire who is a footballer himself decided he had enough of his brother being belittled with him calling Goldbridge a silly c*nt on Twitter in a comment which has since been deleted.
More entertaining than the club’s dreary performances on the field atleast. Maybe the two can spar to decide if Maguire remains the club’s captain with Ralf Rangnick having been just another yes man.
