TikTok and 58 other applications were restricted two years back in the year 2020. And on the other hand, about BGMI, following a government order, the popular combat mobile game Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), which is comparable to PlayerUnknown’s Battleground (PUBG), was removed from the Google Play and Apple App Stores in India. PUBG was outlawed in India two years ago.The developers of BGMI, Krafton and Google, confirmed the suspension of BGMI.
According to Shiva Nandy, CEO of Skyesports, TikTok will come back to India. Even BGMI might soon return to India in addition to TikTok.
The short-video app TikTok has been outlawed in India for a while, but if reports are to be believed, it may soon be allowed back. In order to bring back TikTok in India, the TikTok-owned business Byetdance was in discussions with a Mumbai-based organisation a few months ago.
The CEO of one of India’s top esports and gaming companies, Skyesports, has confirmed that the short-video app is really rebeforeto the country. Recall that in 2020, the Indian government outlawed TikTok, which has one of its largest user bases in India. 58 additional apps were also prohibited for national security grounds along with TikTok.
Speaking of the BGMI, Nandy stated that the prohibition had been under consideration by the Center for almost five months before being decided.
Two days before the game was removed from the store, we got a hint, and that is why most of the advance amount is to be paid for the Skyesports League, LAN Delhi,” Nandy said
He continued by saying that BGMI would return shortly and that the directive was only a temporary one. The Central government and Krafton, however, have not acknowledged the reports of BGMI’s return to India.
