Shark Tank India offers a panel of seven well-known investors, or ‘Sharks,’ who have each reinvented what it means to be an entrepreneur and a businessperson in today’s India. The show, hosted by Rannvijay Singha, sifted through 62,000 applicants, giving 198 businesses the opportunity to present their ideas to the Sharks in the hopes of receiving financing to help them achieve their goals.

Much like its American counterpart, the show’s attraction is based on the Sharks’ individual perspectives and personalities.
