Sean Dyche, 51, is an English football manager who was born on 28 June 1971 and hails from Kettering, England. He stands at 6.0 ft tall. He has been the manager of Watford and Burnley in the Premier League. Before turning his profession into a managerial role, Dyche was a professional player who started his playing career with Nottingham Forest’s youth system. However, his playing career is not comprised of much success as he played for lower-division clubs.
He has two brothers and Dyche and his wife Jane have two children. Dyche lives in Nottingham and one of his son, Max, plays professional football for Northampton Town.
Managerial Career
Following his retirement as a player, Dyche first came into the managerial role in 2007 by joining Watford’s u-18 squad. Two years later he was appointed to an assistant managerial role of the Watford senior team and subsequently in 2011 was made the manager of the club. In that season, Watford finished 11th in the EFL Championship. However, Dyche’s stint didn’t last for long as he was dismissed following the change of Watford ownership.
In September 2012, Dyche joined the England u-21 squad as a backroom staff member and following his four-month stint, Burnley called him up and was made the new manager of the club.
