He is No. 6 of Fatui’s Eleven Harbingers, with Childe and Signora, and is also known as Kunikuzushi.
Scaramouche has been portrayed as a villain at every turn thus far in the plot. This does not rule out the possibility of the character becoming playable. Signora, for example, is one of Genshin Impact’s most fearsome bosses, yet gamers were anxious to unlock her.

With a height of 5 feet and 4 inches, he uses the name Kunikuzushi which in Japanese, can mean “destroyer of countries”.

Scaramouche has sprinting animations in Genshin Impact:
In Genshin Impact, characters can either be played or behave as NPCs in quests and the open world. Inquests, NPCs interact a lot, yet they don’t seem to have any special sprinting/running movements.

Two players working together to complete this mission in co-op mode succeeded to shift Kunikuzushi to an open location, revealing his running motion.

In Genshin Impact version 3.1, Scaramouche may become a weekly boss:

Many gamers saw this leak as proof that Scaramouche would not be playable. It’s worth noting, though, that there are a number of characters that are both weekly bosses and playable.
Scaramouche has an element and is already associated with weapon data. All of these elements indicate that he will most likely be playable, but the release date remains unknown.
Just a reminder that, unlike Signora, Scaramouche has had avatar / (potentially placeholder) element/weapon data for quite some time, now. He will be playable.

If the rumors are correct, Scaramouche might be unlocked with the 3.1 release. Childe becoming playable and a weekly boss at the same time would be an example of this.
It’s evident that there’s a lot of excitement in the community for a playable Scaramouche. They’re eager to put him to use in battle and make the most of his potential Electro Catalyst playstyle.
