SBS Universe Ticket judges and contestants
The judges for Universe Ticket are seven awesome South Korean celebs. We’ve got actor/singer Kim Sejeong, Girls’ Generation’s Hyoyeon, ITZY’s Yeji and Chaeryeong, K-pop soloist Younha, and the dance expert Choi Rian from LACHICA crew. They’re the ones guiding the contestants on the audition stage.
The Universe Ticket has 82 contestants and they have revealed the first batch of 41. Some of them are, Heo Sunbin, Choi Hyerin (also from Girls Planet 999), Choi Yeojin, Cho Chaeyoung, Lim Seowon (a trot singer), and many more. It’s a diverse lineup with talents from different places and backgrounds.
In the next announcement, they introduced the rest of the 41 contestants. Some names include Goo Gyoryeon, Kwon Yejin, Kim Sumin, Bae Yeram (former Play With Me Club member), and Yoo Yena (formerly in Cookie, Dream Candy, and LUNA KIDS). It’s a diverse mix of talents making up the Universe Ticket lineup.
The final bunch of contestants includes Yukino (former PRIKIL member), Ido Tayui, Lee Sunwoo, Jang Minju (former Majors member), Jeon Jieun (former Busters member), Jin Hyeonju (former Good Day and Cignature member), and more.
All 82 contestants come from all over the world, places like Canada, Australia, Korea, Thailand, and many more. Auditions were open for girls born before 2011, and the list was shared with the public in July 2023. For updates, check out the Universe Ticket Twitter page @_universeticket.
