Sara Bejlek reached her career-high WTA ranking of 181 in singles. She achieved this ranking on 18th July 2022. Later on she was ranked 671 in doubles, on the 1st of August 2022. Sara has won her fourth ITF singles title and one ITF doubles title.

Bejlek achieved her biggest singles title to date at the 2021 ITS Cup, where she defeated Paula Ormaechea in the final, 6–0, 6–0. This achievement secured her an improvement of 557 positions in comparison with her earlier WTA ranking.

In 2021, Sara won her first ITF title in July. Later on she won her first ITF Circuit title after making a double bagel over Paula Ormaechea in the finals. This result helped her to climb to No. 447 just one month after making her WTA Rankings debut.
In the month of June, she achieved the title at $60K Ceska Lipa, the Macha Lake Open, after defeating her compatriot Jesika Maleckova. The following week, Sara Bejlek made her WTA Tour-level qualifying debut at the 2022 Wimbledon Championships but lost in the first round to Emina Bektas.
Almost a month later, she defended her title at the $60K Olomouc, the ITS Cup, this time defeating Lina Gjorcheska in the final. She continued making progress then, making her Grand Slam main-draw debut at the US Open with three wins.
She is considered one of the youngest players in the 2022 US Open main draw, having been the youngest direct entrant to qualify. Her height is 5 feet 2 inches and her weight is approximately 50 kgs as of 2022.
