Sam Bahadur Teaser And Release Date
Sam Bahadur’s first teaser shows that the film will be featuring, Vicky Kaushal as Sam Manekshaw. In the teaser, Vicky Kaushal is dressed in the uniform of the Indian Army and is walking amidst Army personnel who make way for him. The actor’s face is not visible in the teaser and Sam Bahadur is based on the real life of Field Marshall Sam Manekshaw.

The film will be starring other co-actors like Sanya Malhotra as Sam Manekshaw’s wife Silloo and Fatima Sana Shaikh as the former Prime Minister, Indira Gandhi. Sharing the teaser, Vicky Kaushal has written, “365 days to go, SamBahadur will be in the theatres soon.12.2023.” The producers have also dropped its first teaser declaring the release date on the Twitter app.
The movie has been directed by Meghna Gulzar, Despite starring Vicky Kaushal, Sanya Malhotra, and Fatima, the film also stars Neeraj Kabi, Edward Sonnenblick, Richard Bhakti Klein, Saqib Ayub, and Krishna Kant Singh Bundela, among others.
Sam Bahadur’s Plot
The film Sam Bahadur is based on the real-life of India’s first Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw and his whole career and work in the Indian Army over 4 decades and multiple wars. Sam Bahadur was one of the first Indian Army officers to be promoted to the rank of Field Marshal and his military victory in the year 1971, the Indo-Pak war led to the creation of Bangladesh.
Early in the month of October 2022, Vicky Kaushal uploaded some pics from the movies shot in an outdoor area just after the team finished a schedule. “With that, we are very close to the first outdoor schedule of Sam Bahadur,” director Meghna had stated in a video, while Vicky Kaushal stated, “It’s a schedule wrap.”
In the beginning of 2022, he began preparing for the biopic of the role he got, Vicky Kaushal met Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw’s grandson Jehan for feeling it more closely. Vicky declared that the film Sam Bahadur was on Sam Manekshaw’s 106th birth anniversary. By sharing a video which was voiced by the lyricist Gulzar, he wrote on his social media, “The man. The legend. The brave heart. Our Sam Bahadur.”
