Salaar Movie Filming
The filming of this film began on January 29, 2021, at a coal mine near the town of Godavarikhani, Telangana. The first schedule was finalized in February. The second schedule for the film began in Hyderabad in late August.
Reportedly, Salaar used Dark Centric Theme (DCT) technology to shoot the film, making it the first film in India. As a result, the lighting pattern and color palette of the film will be darker.

Salaar will be Hombale Films’ third pan-India movie, following KGF: Chapter 1 and KGF: Chapter 2. The banner will also produce two more pan-India films. He said: “We plan to release two more pan-India films in June. Salaar is our third and released in five Indian languages.”
