Update On Salaar The Eagerly Awaited Action Drama Starring Prabhas Will Hit Theatres In 2023, Know The Budget And Release Date
Following the massive success of KGF Chapter 2, Salaar has become one of the most anticipated movies in the Indian film business as it reunites the director with Prabhas from Baahubali.

The film’s release date of September 28, 2023, was revealed by the production company Hombale Films in a new poster that was unveiled on August 15—the 76th Independence Day. The budget of the film stands at Rs.200 crore.
The popular Malayalam actor Prithviraj previously stated that he is arranging dates with Prashanth Neel in order to cooperate with Prabhas. And now, Hombale Films has included Prithviraj in its most recent announcement, confirming that he would appear in the movie.
Salaar First Look And Shooting Update
Hombale Films and Prashant Neel posted the new poster to their social media pages and stated, “‘Rebel’ing Worldwide on September 28, 2023,” referring to Prabhas’ 2012 action-film Rebel in its announcement. Even Prabhas took to his Instagram account and shared the poster. Along with the poster, he wrote, “#TheEraOfSalaarBegins. See you at the cinemas from 28.09.2023. #Salaar”.
With locations throughout India, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, the action-adventure movie Salaar is a straight-up global action and adventure movie. As soon as the first part of the project is over, Prabhas will turn all of his attention to finishing the latter part. The VFX, for which the producers have enlisted the help of a foreign studio, will require the most effort even though the entire crew is working really hard to execute the movie successfully.
The Star Cast Of The Movie Salaar
Shruti Haasan is the female lead in Salaar, and in the male lead, Prabhas plays a “violent character”. The film stars Jagapathi Babu in a supporting role.
Prabhas appeared in the historical romance film Radhe Shyam earlier this year alongside Pooja Hegde. The movie, which was helmed by Radha Krishna Kumar, performed poor at the box office. According to reports, the movie lost up to Rs 100 crore, thus Prabhas would like to make a comeback with Salaar as the star of India.
In addition to Salaar, Prabhas is currently working on Adipurush and Project K. Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan play Lord Rama and Ravana, respectively. Kriti Sanon plays Sita in the Ramayana-inspired film Adipurush, which was directed by Om Raut. The movie Adipurush is scheduled to open in theatres on January 12 of next year.
Prabhas has also teamed up with Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan for the blockbuster science fiction movie Project K. Disha Patani also appears in the Nag Ashwin film.
