The 2022 SAFF U20 Championship is under way, as teams collide to win against each other, know the points table and schedule
This SAFF U-20 Championship is a tournament organised by the South Asian Football Federation (SAFF). This year’s tournament is the fourth edition of the tournament since its inception.
Nepal organised the first edition of the tournament back in 2015. Ever since then, the Gorkhalis have won the competition twice (2015, 2017), making them the most successful team out of the lot. Following into the tournament this, year, India are the defending champions having won the tournament in the last edition.

An interesting fact about the tournament is that it started out as a U-18 tournament in its two previous editions. However, it will follow the U-20 format for the first time this year.
