The 2023 SA20 is the debut season of South Africa’s new franchise T20 league. The tournament began on Tuesday (January 10) with a match between Pearl Royals and MI Cape Towns at Newlands Cricket Ground in Cape Town. Mumbai Capetowns won the inaugural match of the new T20 league by eight wickets as Paarl Royals were reduced to 142/7 in 20 overs.

SA20 Tickets information
The inaugural season of the SA20 league started on January 10, 2023. The tournament will have 33 games between the six franchises. The tournament’s inaugural final is slated on February 11.
The tickets for the games are already in high demand, so make your reservation before they sell out. The starting price for tickets is R50 (235 INR) and may go up to R1150 (5,529 INR) depending on which side of the stadium you choose and the games. What are the teams competing in the SA20?
The SA20 league’s inaugural season will include six teams: Joburg Super Kings, Sunrisers Eastern Cape, Durban’s Super Giants, MI Cape Town, Pretoria Capitals, and Paarl Royals.

The second game of the tournament will be contested on Wednesday (January 11) in Kingsmead stadium (9:30 PM IST) between Durban Super Giants and Joburg Super Kings.
How to watch SA20 live?
All SA20 games will be broadcast live on TV, with fans able to tune in on the Sports 18 channel. The competition will also be live-streamed, and fans can watch it on ICC.tv and the Jio Cinema app. Fans may tune in at 9:00 PM (IST) on a single-game day, and at 5:00 PM (IST) on a two-game day (IST).
