To Celebrate the International Women’s Day 2023, Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti in collaboration with Health Fitness Trust organized a grand Event with many sporting activities promoting Health Fitness and inculcating running culture among the youth and Fitness enthusiasts giving platform and opportunities to the Community people to indulge in positive Lifestyle.
Run 4 Women Power and G20 Awareness Run 2023 in New Delhi by Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti and Health Fitness Trust
This year the celebration of the International Women’s Day (IWD) on 5th March at Gandhi Darshan had more than 700 participants joined in with 10km & 5km Competitive.
RUN 4 Women Power & 1km G20 Awareness RUN with various sporting activities
Zumba & Aainball Game were held to showcase the theme of the International Women’s Day “Embrace Equity”. And to spread Awareness on G20 slogan – One Earth – One Family – One Future.
Chief Guest Shri Vijay Goel, Former Union Sports Minister & Vice Chairperson GSDS, Smt Kiran Chopra, CEO Punjab Kesari Flagged off the 1Km G20 Awareness Run.
– Early morning at 6:00 am Competitive Runners reported for 10 KM (Male & Female all age groups ) & 5 KM (Male & Female, School Boys & Girls).
– The prize money timing Chip Race was flagged off by the Asian Marathon Champion Dr Sunita Godara along with the Director GSDS Shri Ajay Jha & the Event partner’s executives
– Attractive top prizes, timed e Certificate Cash Award & Gifts worth 2 lakhs were given to the Top 5 winners with gift packs.
Asian Marathon Champion Dr Sunita Godara managed the event on behalf of GSDS, Ministry of Culture, Govt of India.
Participants came from Delhi, Gujrat, Haryana & UP.
All participants received a goodie bag with a TFCI Race T shirt, Dabur Real Juice, Red toothpaste, HUL Horlicks & Kisan Jam.
In this Event we had the presence of TFCI (Tourism Finance Corporation of India) CSR Initiative partner for Athletes Training Program participating with all the staff members. NGO partner SAIJAYA, Digital media partner The SportsGrail.
