Rubina Francis began to learn the basics of shooting in the year 2006 in a camp organized by an academy in her hometown Jabalpur. Rubina Francis practiced for around 10 years before moving to Bhopal in her hometown academy.
In the year 2017 Rubina Began with her practice at Madhya Pradesh Shooting Academy. Francisโs father Simon stated that she is a special child who has turned her weakness into her major strengths as Francis has a disability in her leg.
After being differently disabled she fought hard to come to this level. Rubina Francis is a very famous and widely popular Para Pistol Shooter from India. She is ranked at the fifth position in the international shooting list of womenโs 10 meters Air Pistol and has participated in Asian games of the year 2018.
