Former Broncos running back Ronnie Hillman is currently receiving hospice care. On Tuesday, the news was broken by family and former teammates.
According to Hillman’s family, who sent a statement to TMZ, Hillman was diagnosed in August with renal medullary carcinoma, a rare but very aggressive neoplastic form of cancer that typically attacks young African Americans with sickle cell trait.
