Romelu Lukaku who eventually made the switch to Chelsea said he believed he was going to move to one of Barcelona, Real Madrid or Bayern Munich in a recently given interview
For someone who had only six months claimed he was back home to finish unfinished business at Chelsea, Romelu Lukaku has hard perhaps the biggest change of heart in modern day football.
Despite the club from London reposing faith in his services and opening the strings of its purse to make the Belgian its record signing, Lukaku clearly has no loyalty. A player whose shenanigans are well documented, someone known to be a tattletale and rat out his employers once he fails to get his ways, the striker has gone onto publicly lash out at coach Thomas Tuchel.
Romelu Lukaku Talks About Three Teams He Wanted To Join In Explosive Interview
In a recently given interview, Lukaku went onto slander Tuchel, talking about how the German was deploying a system which didn’t favour him. He also spoke at length about his aspirations to return to Inter Milan only months after Chelsea paid 97.5 million pounds for him.
However, that wasn’t all Lukaku did to tarnish his reputation at the club for whom he recently scored for the first time since September. He went onto claim that he really wanted to join Barcelona, Bayern Munich or Real Madrid in the summer, three clubs he believed he would be going to.
“There are three teams at the top level – Barcelona, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich,” Lukaku said in an interview.
“All the players dream of them – that’s the truth. I thought I was going to one of those clubs after Inter,” the player who has five goals for Chelsea this season continued.
